Thank you for choosing Fleur Jewelry Studio. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we want to provide you with details regarding our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing:
- We strive to process and dispatch orders in 2 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods:
- For local Hong Kong orders, we will use carrier such as SF Express. Please use the tracking number provided once shipment is dispatched for up-to-date delivery status.
- For International orders, courier services if available will be used. Tracked shipping will be provided for orders HK1500 (approx. USD200)or more - please check the tracking number which will be provided after dispatch for up-to-date status of delivery.
3. Shipping Locations:
- We are based in Hong Kong and ship globally.
- For international orders, please allow time for processing, shipping, and any customs related processes.
4. Shipping Costs:
- For local Hong Kong orders, we offer free tracked shipping for orders HKD500 or more. Otherwise, a flat fee of HKD30 will be applied at Check-out for orders less than HKD500.
- For international orders, we offer free tracked shipping for orders over HKD1,500 (approximately USD200). Otherwise, a flat fee of HKD150 (approximately USD20) will be applied at Check-out for orders less than HKD1,500.
5. Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
6. Customs and Import Duties:
- The recipient/customer is responsible for international orders that may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient/customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.
- Fleur Jewelry Studio is not liable for any of the aforementioned duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country.
7. Delays and Exceptions:
- Fleur Jewelry Studio is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues.
8. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Fleur Jewelry Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Shipping Holidays:
- Shipping and delivery services may be affected on public holidays. Any changes to our standard shipping schedule will be communicated on our website and or our social media (Instagram and Facebook).
